How to Place My Order?
1. Select & place order via order form system or manually.
2. Your order form will automatically direct to us.
3. We will proceed and confirm your order within 24 hours by sending you an confirmation email.
4. You will receive our confirmation email with payment details.
5. After payment made, please inform us.
6. We will check your payment and send out order on the next working days.

How to Make Payment?
1. We Accept payment via Maybank & CIMB for local buyer (within East & West Malaysia).
    - You can make payment using ATM Transfer / Cash Deposit via Bank Counter or Machine /

Our Special Service :
Wholesales Order :
1. We do offer wholesales order for minimum of 10pcs and above (can mix items) per transaction.
2. Feel free to send us an email for wholesale price.

Delivery :
1. We provide the cheapest and lowest charge of Pos Laju to our customer.
    **Kindly take note we no longer provide Free Pos Ekspress due to Pos Malaysia new policy which only allow to send "document" via Pos Ekspress.
2. Pos Laju postage charges will be as below:
    a)West Malaysia        Flat Rate RM 3 ONLY        
    b)East Malaysia         Flat Rate RM 5 ONLY       
    **We practice flat rate of RM 3 for West M'sia and RM 5 for East M'sia no matter how many items  you order (except wholesale).
3. For International buyer, we will provide and quote you both Registered Mail and EMS to choose
    which delivery method more convenient and within your budget.
4. All Delivery will be arrange on the Next Working Day once payment received.
5. We Do Not Provide COD service at the Moment.

Additional Information :
a) Product Material

All product is brand new and same material as posted in blog.

b) Product Color

Actual product color might slightly different due to camera and computer screen brightness.

c) Availability

Please check product status for available or sold out. All stocks are imported from oversea and non-restockable.

d) Reservation
All Order will be cancel without prior notice if we did not receive any payment from buyer within 2days.

e) Delivery
We should not be held any responsible for lost/damage during Postage. All order will be sending out on the Next Working Day once payment received.

f) Exchange/Refund
No exchange, refund* and last minute cancellation allowed.

g) Sizes
Most of the items are Free Size, kindly check the measurement provided for more details.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE!!
We have change the delivery to a very minimum charges of *RM 3 flat rate for West M'sia* and *RM 5 flat rate for East Malaysia* by using POS LAJU. At the same time, Pos Laju have increase the fuel surcharge start on July 2011.


We no longer provide Free Delivery via Pos Ekspress due to Pos Malaysia have changed T&C and restrictions that Pos Ekspress only applicable for sending "documents" only. To avoid any complications or parcel being return to us, we will only using Pos Laju effective from 18 July 2011.
